If a refund has been agreed, we will look to refund back to your payment source that was used to pay for goods initially.
Right of Withdrawal
CBDOILGB Products are not returnable unless they are still in there sealed boxed condition and unopened. Goods must be returned back to us within 14 days to us upon us providing you return instructions.
Return costs must be paid by the customer.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase of a product/products from our website and from the cancellation, you must return item/s within 14 days of returning the shipment.
The notification shall be given via mail at info@cbdoilgb.com In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our default cancellation form and send by return.
